This may sound dumb but is it ok if the extra piece of wire you cut off is copper and not silver, like the wire attached to the headlight? I just don't wanna mess up!

can you add HID bulbs?

@pujolsfan02 They will fit. You just have to get the right sized bulbs. I think most manufacturers don't recommend HID's in projector headlights because of the new focused brightness being a bit much.

i heard stuff about the HID bulb melting the plastic.. but i thought they were were not as hot as regular lights. thanks for the info. I subscribed! you videos are great!

@pujolsfan02 projectors such as the ones used in the video use an h9 bulb which is much smaller than the HID bulbs made for the stock headlight housings (H13), but an HID kit is possible, either talk with your local electronics shop or buy it off the internet and do it yourself
