agreed. and cabbage patch, or whatever that song was.
not. good.
the album could have been about 5 songs shorter and about 20 times less weird. and then i seriously would have loved it... i guess they were just having fun when they made it though. and that's cool.
@kels327 i actually liked outer south more than the first one. some of the other band members' songs are better than some of conor's. and roosevelt room is a fucking masterpiece
umm yes. that was such a stylistic leap for him it's INSANE. i'm so pleased he rolled with that song.
I mean. I guess it's bigger and more rounded, but there was just something to the first album. it just had this untouchable vibe... ALL of the songs were solid. i mean. el cielo es azul, just don't gooo tellin' everyone. how do you top that? haha

Taylor is amazing on the guitar. His guitar lines are some of my favorite parts of the album...
I love how fun this song is live...
Great sound on this video by the way. :]

I was never familiar with Hollingsworth until this record hit. Great addition to Conor Oberst's backing band if you ask me.

Im glad someone else acknowledges Hollingsworth. Awsome guitarist. He plays such an awsome guitar part on this song.
