as the years have worn on, i have felt a need to eat more naturally. I can not stomache the sight smell or taste of mass commercialized products. i have found myself coming more into enjoying tea, coffee, and water. My foods have become very raw and unprocessed as well. I have finally found some inner peace and no longer am quick tempered. As i gain more academic knowledge I find myself gravitating toward the benefit of all rather than myself. This video raised my hair and struck a chord....

Uhhm, Ya so i go to bed the other night. Meditate a little. Think about things. Suddenly i had uncontrolable rapid eye movement. a light was actually there. It was like nothing i had seen before. It wasnt a sun spot, it was a small light. At first it was white i opened my eyes a little and it was still there. TUrned over blinked and it disapeared. I did it again and this time it was purple.

thats funny cuz i've had that before. and it only lasts for like a few seconds.. its like those few seconds of complete awareness and then i feel like i get startled a bit and open my eyes real quick lol. but yeah i've had a few colors.. it feels crazy.

it seems to me when she talks about this "light" she is referring to "information/knowledge", because that's what the photons carry within them.

I also couldn't avoid thinking this light is related to "monoatomic gold" which is supposed to feed your "ligh-body".

If you are fortunate enough to touch upon life's energy and not just this light they are talking about, you will definitely feel pain. And it's an enjoyable pain, cause its amazing that something is there causing it.

Most of what is talked about is mental enlightenment....those lights and pleasant experiences. The truth is a bit more painful. I don't know if I've seen those same patterns, but I can tell you one thing I was very surprised to find was that little dots and patterns that I always saw, and that I always believed to be scratches on the eye or something insignificant...I found to actually really exist, not in a parallel dimension, the dimension is RIGHT HERE, it's just that we don't usually deal with it. So yes, many of these things which seem imaginary are not imaginacy in my opinion/experience

Before Christmas I had the Norwalk virus and and the process was a healing transition. I felt so different afterwards physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Chill, balanced and at peace, in the moment. I'd left behind sugar, fat and caffeine. Then came the festival of temptation and the slippery slope!!! I have lost that alignment and now I have to detox again and it is much more of a challenge when I'm not burning up!!! So if this happens to you be wiser than I!!!

Ever since childhood, I have had dreams where I am walking down the street and I simply start levitating and looking at everything from this unfamilliar bird's eye view. Just recently, I've noticed sometimes when walking down the street, I feel suddenly lighter, as if I'm about to start levitating. Have to tell you something funny Pix. That issue I have been having with my heart is resolving itself and all of the answers are being described through gratitude for the issue and visualizing/open feeling into the healing, if that makes sense. I have been told to allow the energy to come up from the earth through the soles of my feet.

I beleive that this is about allowing fifth dimensional energy into the heart chakra and on into the brain and upper chakras.
