I use a lot of cheats in all the movies, otherwise it would be impossible to setup what I need to do. Infinite Health, Never Get Hungry, Never Wanted or 6 Star Wanted Level, Recruit Anyone, Spawing Objects (Jets, Tanks, etc), Reduced Traffic, Cars Fly, Vehicle of Death, Peds Come After You, Peds Carry Weapons and finally Weather Cheats.
