actually highest HP will lost power on the tyre between rim... "because, slick tyre produce ultimate grip and the engine overpower, example your wheel/rim is spin 10 turn maybe your tyre do 1 turn time between the rim lip with tyre during launch.. that's mean your rim do little spin in tyre lip..
