For me 8:44 is one of the happiest moments in all of Latin music. Rest in peace Ignacio Piñeiro and Manny Oquendo. And thanks Martin for uploading this.
Is this at Julio de Burgos? This band can play soft! Love the sound, nice to hear the sound at the volume it should be at, and the band not overplaying! NICEEEEE. I support hearing and playing latin music at a volume that doesn't destroy hearing and still has swing. Nice playing Eddy!

One of my all-time favorite bands! Great music. Nice work, Martin. It's amazing how good it looks in HD. Jimmy D's looking good! So are all the other guys. Let me know when you upload the Pete Nater one... Wish Andy G. was more visible, too... Oh, that bone section!!! So Libre.
Martin, Thanks so much for this and the Tres X Dos videos in this month's subscription vids. I always look forward to your videos. Not only have given all of us percussionists the gift of professional tools for many years, but continue to bless us with your keen eye for spotting talent and fun. This months vids were pure "sabor" and you brought me closer to my delicious Cuban and overall Latin heritage. Un abrazo, Roberto
As I'm watching the video now, it's still processing so the quality is blurry but I know a bit later the Canon D's will look very sharp as always. I'm going to watch it again later, like the close up shots.
En lo sencillo esta el estilo. Unico de Oquendo. Que legado nos dejo.Grande

Truly genious by Mr. Eddie Zerbigon. He's one of the last of the great giants of the wooden (5 key) flutes. Amazing!
