@Apriluv7779 No. It's neither of their faults. Its the people who organize education in the first place. The kids are doing these things because they are bored out of their minds. The teacher really can't do much because she must help the students memorize facts for a test. No one is required to LEARN anything. Just memorize facts for a day and forget. No wonder kids do so much "review" in school. Outside of school, no one "reviews" every month.
