  • I like how your description mentions "girlfriend" lol. They're a cute couple dude.

  • @flexin007 he hates all male dogs now same thing happend to my freinds akita after he was attacked!

  • @flexin007 well that was kinda gay

  • @flexin007 dogs are just stupid animals you stupid motherfucker! It's a year ago I wrote that!

  • akitas love rough play..used to love it when my dog could play with other dogs but 1 bad incident and akita's change.

  • @DejiJoshua How do you mean? I'm thinking of getting an Akita GSD mix and I'm trying to find out all I can.

  • You can tell the Akita and Rottie are friends. I just know they are : )!!!

  • Cause dogs prefer to be off the leash at the dog park, buuuddy. Read up.

  • my akita does that aswell pushes down with his head lol i love dogs when they play

  • Take them off the lead for what? So they could chase the squirrels and get hit by cars? They had plenty fun playing while on leash.

  • take them off the lead

  • seen the retaliation at 1:29 but watch from 1:24 to 1:35

  • And to be clear, I (the owner of this video and dog) said, "no, no, no, no," because I didn't want him muddy. That is the ONLY reason I said that.

  • the akitA will kill in the woods

  • I said the teeth structure, not the size of the fangs itself... Go ahead and take a look, you will not much difference, even several abnormal fangs.

  • The akita definatly i know this from personal experience, i knew someone who had an akita and a rottweiler, the rottweiler ended getting up so scared of the akita which was half only 11 months while the rottweiler was 4 years, that the rottweiler ended up having stress problems that led to it dying very sad :(

  • cool vid! may i ask, not that i support dog fighting, but i know they must play pretty rough some time... may i ask which dog gets the upper hand most of the time?

  • i should imagine the rottie but their both powerfull dogs

  • nice lil debate i say the akita, 2 full grown ones can kill a bear which is what they were bread for!!! :) both nice dogs

  • The word is bred.........not bread as in food..........they were bred to to hunt, trap and hold their prey at bay; boar, deer and bears ..keep/hold/trap..at bay. NOT kill. I have never ever read that they Kill..........and neither have you.........please people...............pick up a book and read before you spout off at the mouth w/make believe stuff......could two 125 lb. Akitas kill a bear?? Depends on the size and condition of the bear I guess. But that is not what they were BRED for.

  • @mikeybbdrummin . I have 2 Akita killed a bear in MI. You are wrong they do, and I still love them.

  • @moodystar9 ...................Anything is possible...........AGAIN, it depends on the Bear and the Akitas taking it on.........And AGAIN, they were not bred to KILL bears.....It has never been written that the Akita KILLS....................what would happen if the Akitas went after the bear and the Akitas got killed by the bears?.........................The hunter would be w/out dogs and would have to start over w/pups.

  • WHAT!? No way two Akitas can kill a bear!!! Wolfs won't fight a bear!!!

  • @viceisthename

HELL YES! search up the facts stupid! thats what Akita's were BRED for!! you cna even ask a Japanese Akita bear hunter if you want!!

  • @apachespook71 Yes Japanese akita's were bred to hunt bears. They were not bred to "KILL" there is a difference. American Akita's were bred as a guardian breed. So get your facts straight there are two different lines of akitas.

  • @cplbaigle1 then why did japaneese temples use akitas for temple guard dogs? they also wer bred to fish also and hunt many animals.

foot in mouth yet? or is your head up your ass suficient enough?

  • A rottweiler doesn't stand a chance, as you can see in this video.. Akita's don't playfight they spar, they have the urge to constantly become better, and they acheive this by playfighting, if you watch this video you see how the Akita keeps a open kill shot at all times even when it's " playfighting. "

  • No, or yeah? make up your mind. It's actually highly possible.. The Akita will rotate around all of the dogs offensive bites, and when it's rotating, another common method is slamming them with there hips, or even smothering the other dog till it went out of breath, But they are known for there Accurate mouth shots, and wrestling skills.

  • The Akita... You can sick a Akita on bears... Rott doesn't even compare, because a pure blood Akita can top out at 200 pounds, that and there fur is like armor, they are probably the oldest fighting dog in existence also, they where used for combat fighting in japan, for centuries, intil it became illegal, because it's there national animal, Akita's naturally know how to fight in result of this, they know take down spots, and they have a teeth similar to that of a dire wolf.

  • you are maybe right about that they (akita) is strong and can fight but many resultats in google shows that rottweilers has the strongerst bite of all dogs! (look at bite compare videos in youtube) the akita inu has about 800 kilos bite and the rottweiler 850 -1200!

  • Rottweilers do have the highest bite force, following the pitbull, but the Akita's teeth structure makes the bite so much more painful, they need there teeth to pull apart huge amounts of grizzly fat and fur away from the internal organs. Some akita's even have razor teeth, ( not the only dog with this. ) and when they pull away from the other dog, it will shred there skin. But hands down Rottweilers have the highest bite force, but there working dogs.

  • I think a Akita would still be able to manage killing a rotty without bitting it.

  • no...

  • A 200 pound "pure blood" (u mean purebred?) Akita?....your out of your mind....A "decent" breeder thats breeding for the standard, a average-large male would be 110-125. Though some get to 130-140....which is overkill....not desired.Even a thoughtless "backyard breeder" just trying to make a buck wouldnt produce a 200 lbs. Akita................150-160 possibly............This is a big place where people spout off about what they know....................Try reading a book next time before you do.
