I'm gonna be constructive... your editing is quite good.. but i have no idea what the story is actually about... you need to be more direct and make it into trailer length. But I would re-shoot if I were you your lighting and exposure is very bad... it's quite dark which makes it hard to watch.... though in saying that you're on the right track there's just thing's to improve on

I must say that fight Scene with Guy and the girl next to the container was a 1 out of 10. It was the most badly choregraphed and acted fight scene I have EVER scene.

To everyone: I produced and wrote a TV series called Flash Forward, however without any knowlege of the Book Flash Forward, actually it was a working title that just stuck... I made a short treatment for the show, I have never seen or heard of the novel Flash Forward that the producers used for the TV show. I produced this long before the TV show was announced, I had no idea about the book, it was a complete coincidence that they made a TV show.
