Nice video, but I am surprised the ref let him get away with that. Technically, in order for the center to be eligible for a hand-off he must turn 180 degrees and accept the ball from the quarterback after the snap. Simply passing the ball through the legs and having the quarterback touch it does not make the ball live. You must then execute a legal hand-off. However, my team in 7th grade got away with it once too :) Then the ref explained the rules to both coaches.
centers are not aloud to run like that their would be flags all over the place if there wwere real refs their

All the QB has to do is touch it and the center can run
