The way he gives the interview like he's talking to a friend at their kitchen table, and the way he keeps forgetting he's supposed to be talking into the mic.... Doesn't seem like he's concerned with promotional BS, or fronting some stereotypical 'bluesman' persona... I hope he goes far, and doesn't let fame fuck his dome up.

@squirreligloo wouldn't you be casual if the million dollar backer chose you to ride on easy street....i've seen more than a few that have his talent....they just were not chosen....is he good....i guess..but, the corner bars in chicago are filled with players and singers of a very high caliber.....blues as a genre is dead....here comes gary to save it...not so fast....he plays all his licks.....the few he has, in box one...his voice is nice...that's it...
