that is by far the most intelligent answer i have ever heard. everything i have heard thus far is along the lines of it being some super secret weapon that only select few can do after years and years of training. you get a thumbs up for a straight forward answer lol.
thank you. frankly anyone who says that only "a select few" can master pressure point attacks, are completey insane. i have found pressure points used by 6 year olds to down a bully twice their size. not to mention my own experience that i think saved me my money and a few drops of blood as well.
Thats another nasty area. I prefer not to go down with my opponent in case he has buddies. This will still work for that with a leg scoop or you can drop a knee into his groin then spring back up. Good instruction. I'm inspired, gonna go work out now :)
In Longfist/ Tongbei, my shifu taght me a similar strike, only you give the point a palm strike instead of pushing with the finger. If you do it right, its will knock out most opponents immediately. I was just interested to see that the blocking motion and strike point were exactly the same as the style I'm studying.
fist are usually to big to strike points with enough precision. in the style I study, we usually use open hand strikes (the two bones at the base of the palm) for hitting points in addition to fingers
Yes There are many ways to hit the points you should get my 12 clinic dvd pressure point set from the bushidoproductions site it takes you step by step through 110 pressure points.
