@blackandgold978 Don't make the assumption based on a three minute clip. Also most of the clips of AF BMT you'll find on Youtube show MTIs who are aware that the cameras are rolling, and they will purposefully subdue themselves when on film. When the cameras are off, it's game on.

I'm an Army First Sergeant and Cavalry Scout now, but I started out in the AF and had to go through both the AF BMT at Lackland, AFB and Army BCT at FT Knox, KY. The Army BCT seemed easier to me mentally, but that's because I already had somewhat of an idea of what to expect and how to behave. AF BMT was no joke mentally. I remember waking up in my bunk at attention in the middle of the night waiting for Reveille to sound at any second, until I realized it was only 0100.
i remember my first nite at the 320th it was some scary shit but im proud to say i graduated from the toughest squadron in BMT. GOOO Gators!!!!!!!!!!!

-dont march over the green feet. youll see what i am talking about-tell your family now to not send any post cards cause your TI WILL read them out loud-you will mess up. but its worth it-and dont be that guy at 3:03 . welcome to the Air force.

However when there isn't a spec ops flight coming through, those MTI's get assigned a normal flight. This happened to me. When you get assigned a spec ops flight MTI in the 331st you're PT is way fucking worse then any other squadron. So stfu until you educate yourself.

Nothing I saw could have prepared me for what I experienced my first night of Basic training. I literally (and I swear to God) thought they were going to kill us, or beat us badly. They make you strip naked and everyone has a look of sheer terror on there faces... And that's within the first ten minutes.
Air Force is a good choice to make, it has everything the best in mech and tech. if you want to be high speed PJ, CCT, TACP, SERE and SOWT are the way to go.

Who cares what is harder? USMC or USAF? USMC is looking for ground ready troops. As for the USAF and USN, they are looking for the smarter group of people(not to bash on the USMC and Army), consequently you are to score higher on the ASVAB to be admitted. Different branches perform different tasks. Of course Marines will physically perform more arduous tasks. As for me, I plan on joining either the Navy or Air Force.

@bigzzzdog So you're calling me out on "bullshit" when you don't know jack shit about the 331st? The 331st has certain MTI's that are reserved for spec ops flights. However when there isn't a spec ops flight coming through, those MTI's get assigned a normal flight. This happened to me. When you get assigned a spec ops flight MTI in the 331st you're PT is way fucking worse then any other squadron. So stfu until you educate yourself.

i think im gunna sign up for this shit, my life sucks in long island and i need to get out, bootcamp will suck, tech school i heard is actually fun depending on what you do how long your training is, and then you gotta job and a means to support yourself for a little while and you can figure out where you wanna go next, probably will go for computers then use my g.i. bill to pursue something else, like biology or something i dunno

@Christion771 Same here... For those of you watching... Boot Camp is 100x worse than anything you're going to see online or in a video. Nothing I saw could have prepared me for what I experienced my first night of Basic training. I literally (and I swear to God) thought they were going to kill us, or beat us badly. They make you strip naked and everyone has a look of sheer terror on there faces... And that's within the first ten minutes.

Air Force is a good choice to make, it has everything the best in mech and tech. if you want to be high speed PJ, CCT, TACP, SERE and SOWT are the way to go.

Who cares what is harder? USMC or USAF? USMC is looking for ground ready troops. As for the USAF and USN, they are looking for the smarter group of people(not to bash on the USMC and Army), consequently you are to score higher on the ASVAB to be admitted. Different branches perform different tasks. Of course Marines will physically perform more arduous tasks. As for me, I plan on joining either the Navy or Air Force.

Right, completely Right! Yes the Rangers program is designed for the Army however they accepct applicants from any branch of the military, do your research.

@eleyn1 wrong i use to be in the air force and was offered after a few years in to go to ranger school to be a ranger in my career field. TACPs are also able to become Rangers easiest example for you to find.
