Tasha: Maybe you're sleeping 12-14h because you're low on nutrients? I understand your qualm with modern medicine, but if your diet is based on fruit you should look into iron, calcium, and B12. Just a recommendation, you can do whatever you want to your body.
@alexanator0 thanks for the suggestions; i have gotten them before and will keep them in mind. chronic fatigue is often a misdiagnosis for vitamin D deficiency. also, most of us don't sleep enough. i have been sleep-deprived for many years, running on caffeine and junk to get by. why should i be surprised if, when i take the junk away and allow my body to start cleaning house, it asks for more sleep? sleep is needed for healing, recovery, allowing the body to do what it needs to do...

I am interested, though, in opposing sources. I just want to decide what is best for my body based on the best information. Thank you.
Did your medical doctor ever think to tell you to eat at least 80% fresh fruit, 15% vegetables and occasionally 1 ounce of nuts or seeds? My guess is he kept selling you insulin and financing the pharmaceutical empire rather than actually making you healthy. We are the matrix. Please keep making more, your reduction in insulin usage needs to BE HEARD. There are SO many negative uninformed people posting on youtube bashing vegans and the 80.10.10 diet. Why do I keep finding more and more diabetics posting at youtube who have greatly reduced or ELIMINATED their needs for insulin by eating fruits and vegetables and following the 80.10.10 diet? Because it works!
people expect not to have detox symptoms within just 30 days of doing 80.10.10......it takes at least a year before your body is back on track 99%
