before you speak learn. Siemens the german corporation made billions during the Olympic Games and after with defence contracts and before through telephony contracts. They corrupted almost all politicians in Greece. This caused a big part of our debt! Search the media to find out (if any media will tell the real story). Greece's retirement for most old people is around 450 euro a month. Is that overly priced? You are a propaganda victim. Learn the truth.

speaking about Germany resenting a Greek bailout, what many do not know is that German companies like Siemens, Man, and military companies for over a decade had corrupted Greek officials in hundreds of state companies to BUY german equipement and services 10 times over the normal price. Greece lost millions in paying ridiculously overpriced German equipment and services. Currently the whole thing is at court in Germany and Greece. Germany ows an explanation for its business practises.

I would say that at least unlike in Greece, Arnold had been warning of the deficits for a long time while California residents refused to accept any changes (cut services/increase taxes) to reduce the deficit.

Greece on the other hand pays their public servants 14 months every year for their euro work hours, it's a very very socialist state that brought this mess on themselves and, like California, the selfish ignorant residents refuse any service cuts or tax increases to fix it.

Also Mrs. Coker, one of the main reasons that people understand the California crisis as being significantly better off than the Greek with theirs is that the US government is a real government unlike the EU and the US government WILL come to the rescue and bailout California if need be and if their credit rating is going to take too big a hit. Greece on the other hand is left with the laughable EU, a pseudogovernment which is too broke and powerless to help any of its members
