You can be upset all you like, but this result should (and most likely will) be the standard for those that fail to grasp physics. Each state should demand a psych eval for anyone who has delusions that they are on the same level as a car in the road. Thankfully, where I live they almost always side with the driver (except when alcohol is a factor) when these yahoo's roll the dice in traffic. I have yet to experience a critical mass, but I would make sure to have a solid brush guard for it.

Telling a person they have no option but to buy a motor vehicle or bus ticket is an infringement of basic human rights.
