131 military bases throughout the world? (46:18) Try 865 military bases (not including Iraq & Afghanistan), according to the Pentagon. (These are 2009 stats; it's well over 1,000 bases now when you include Iraq & Afghanistan.) I think he meant to say military bases in 131 countries.
