Santa Clara public guardians are thieves. They with the help of the lawyer they hired for my mom, tried to lock her up and drug her for dementia even though 2 high rated psychiatrists said she was perfectly fine and had NO mental illness. We escaped before they took her and locked her up. She fought back even after the judge revoked her living trust 1 month before the first court hearing, froze her assets, we had money put away to leave after she was abused by the guardian in her bedroom!
