Its real easy. Unscrew the end off of an regular 2 in bar, stick it through, clip it on, and done! When you are done, you can just screw the bar end back on. -Joe
It is sand in heavy duty ziplock backs all duct taped up so I can load or take weight out easily. After making about 50 of those I just stuffed it with random things around the gym, clothes, a couple concrete weights, a couple hats - anything and everything to fill the space.
