Had to watch it a few times but I think mullet boy is Reach. Trollfaic is obviously Redlight(s) I think Ava was in there, Knife - Adult early on was Damien. And later on the dude watching the man in the tree was Damien looking at Ted. The dancing cop was Zeke, the lady in the pentagram was Kay, and Cathy was the girl with the cape, Tony was the guy who had the blood all over him, and Cynthia was the girl.
