I live on th NY-NJ border, on the NY side it is a $25 ticket for a small amount of weed. But on the NJ side it is treated like cocaine or anyother drug. Im smart about it and dont travel into NJ when smoking, but it just goes to show how out of wack some states are about weed. A pot head is not dangerous, even when driving, they go slower than the speed limit most times. I don't abducate smoking and driving but it's not nearly the same as drinking and driving.

Yeah a while back I got busted in NJ, with less than 2 grams of weed. My lawyer SUCKED and the judge made an "example" of me. I got a $600 fine, 6 months loss of driver's license, 6 months probation with drug tests, 60 hours of community service, and a 30-day suspended jail sentence! No kidding. New Jersey is HARSH on pot smokers!!!

not in cali, some foo got caught with will like a 20 and he was high wen he got caught, and he got like $375 fine and 30 days or less county jail, i dont remember exactly how many days, but less than 30 or 30

haha, acutally today in the paper our local cops gave out tips on how to protect your "garden" from being raided by people looking to steal your stash, since it being this time of year they are getting calls out the ass to houses that have had plants stolen from them

My Best stash spot in my Z28 was my Center Console. It was easy to pop off where the Transmision was. I Just put it on top of the transmision.
If It looked like I was gonna get searched I just Nudge the console to knock the stash off the tranny and it would fall to the ground.

I got a problem with legalization.You will see more and more people on public assist.and welfare if it is legalized.The dealers who aren't smart enough or don't have marketable skills will lose their ability to make a living.We don't have enough legit jobs for every single person in this country.I'd rather see them making a living selling weed and stay off welfare.

Illegal weed means more criminals in jail that we end up paying to support, the money going to people who grow and distribute other more dangerous drugs, and it will also prevent the idea that breaking the law is okay in young people's minds.
Also, think of the jobs the hemp industry could bring about. Clothing, insulation, textiles, food, paper, etc. And that's not even taking into account what everyone will mainly be interested in: Smoking bud.

Exigent circumstances... I know a person who walked in and out of a police station with 2 ounces... He walked out in the morning. He got raided by dea and meg agents and they only arrested him for residue that they could'nt even see... They took the plate to the lab and it came back positive for residue. They did charge him, but the state end up droping the case.... They were too mad... By the way he had the O's sitting like balls and the cop grabbed then and said Oh!

In your mind, you are helping "Good, real American people, with families and children" hide small amounts of marijuana. Isnt it interesting that most car manufactures cover up all the nooks and free space with cheep plastic panels that shatter at the slightest tug, so if you even think about hiding something there the cops will think, hmm that doesnt look suspicious.
Even worse you cant just go to the store and buy the panel. NO you have to go to several junk yards, search wrecked cars to see if the panel on that car isnt trashed. Its worse when the plastic door handle on the inside breaks off. AHHHHH
