  • pure hardrock

  • brb ovaries are exploding.

  • The Best Band In the World Queen!!

Freddie Mercury I love you !!! you're the best !!! I miss you...

    In memory of Freddie Mercury 5.8.1946 - 24.11.1991 R.I.P =(

  • Freddie Mercury.Brian May..Roget Taylor.John Deacon..you lived up to your name...Queen. Freddie chose this name in part cause it was regal..powerful..something absolute..this is Queen.4 men each a musical genius..masters of their craft. I consider myself fortunate.to have seen them live 3 times..they were amazing.from the first cord...to the first note of Freddie's...clear. perfect voice..you were taken on a musical journey.Their music will live on..Freddie.was a gem may he RIP

  • I'm sorry to have to say this but John Deacon was so much cooler in this era. He just got boring to watch in the 80s. I think his basslines were more interesting in the 70s as well. The rest of the band was always been bitchin no matter what era.

  • What can I say? - Simply Glorious!

    Queen!!!!!

  • so cleansed by queen

  • Is this available on DVD?

  • Me gusta más la cuando tocaron está misma canción en Marzo de ese año... Duró 10 minutos... La lleva... Y Freddie llevaba ese traje de murciélago tan pro....

  • 1:22

    love it!

  • Nice try, man. Not similar to 'Iron Man'.

  • YOUR DAUGHTER IS FAKE AND YOUR SON IS GAY.

  • @genesisanalcom hehehe not very funny

  • @genesisanalcom and you must be gay then

  • @genesisanalcom And...that son it's YOU!!

  • @nirvana609 totally agree! but I think that News of the World (6th) is a pretty good one too.

Queen I is absolutely awesome, among best albums I ever heard.

then comes Night at the Opera, which is a masterpiece also, News of the World, and the other 3 among the 6 first albums

  • The riff in this song always sounded similar to 'Iron Man' by Black Sabbath

  • @jamzal Sorry but I don't see the similarity!!

  • 4 Me this is the best Queen song!

  • why for god's sake did they cut the 2 verse ;-(

  • it really pisses me off when songs like this aren't more well known

  • Hey chum, you're wrong...it;s not dubbed at all...better not talk if you don't know...

  • love Brian's guitar riff in this song!

  • Cmon dont deny the simple truth. This concert was overdubbed maybe not heavily but still was. Just listen to In the lap of the gods, when Roger screams it is so obvious that its edited

  • @teo2712 No it was not. Roger's screams are real !

  • If interested, check out my cover of "Rhapsody"> It can't be clsoe to original - it's a tribute!

  • Freddy with the glittery glove WAY before MJ!!!

  • Killing riff, one of their best. Sometimes I miss their early raw style but in fact the way they developed was far more interesting :)

  • This entire song sounds so led zeppelin, minus the 4-part harmony... thats so queen :)

  • 01:20 is perfect proof that Freddie could hold an audience in the palm of his hand.

  • Can anyone tell me how to play this?

  • 1st queen album rocks cool there footage of this era lair is also a favorite the whole album is great r.i.p. freddy

  • I bought it on Saturday and was impressed by how utterly awesome it was for a debut album.

  • Excellent song from a fantastic concert!

  • litteraly 95% of this concert was overdubbed later. what u hear isnt what you heard on the night dudes

  • no it's not, I have the original recording it's been circulating for a long time. At least post a source of where you heard this because wherever you did read it, it's not true.

  • if that was the case, then they could have made the overdubs more etravogant and put in more impressive notes. this is totally real.

  • it would be a bit unrealistic dude

a lot of this is overdubbed though not a s much as i said earlier

  • it doesnt so much matter though because this isnt even the best i've heard freddie sing live. vocally its no wembley or montreal.

  • Of course it is not. It is so much better. In my opinion though. ;) I really like it.

  • 95% of this concert overdubbed??? Get your head out of your ignorant arse, little man. You're just pissed off coz NONE of your shit fucking bands could ever come close to Queen's musicianship and raw power! They didn't need to overdub, little man! Where did you get that shit from anyway, you cocksucker???

  • dude my fave bands are queen, led zep, pink floyd and iron maiden...so much for shit fucking bands....

  • Well, "dude", then you certainly SHOULD know better...shouldn't you? If you're a true fan of these legendary bands you wouldn't be doubting their live performances and musical skill by saying that their 95% overdubbed!

  • i kno it was a rumor goin round...but im not a greatest hits guy i have every single album...my fave song at the mo is modern times rock n roll and the prophets song...and freddie mercury is best singer in rock ever, brian may one of the best guitarists, and john deacon and roger taylor have 2 be 1 of the most solid and powerful rhytm sections ever...im not doubting them

  • Time for me to eat some humble pie, so here goes: I had you completely wrong. Your 4 favourite bands are indeed MY 4 fave bands too. You are obviously a guy who knows and understands his music, so I'm really really sorry for my initial outburst and insults. Pls accept my sincere apologies. Rock on!!! Oh and yes, The Prophet's Song is a fucking killer!

  • no prob mate the prophets song is absolutely amazing!!

i heard this rumour on the queen online forums but it was obv fake

  • Funnily enough, Brian himself said in an interview once that in his opinion only The Who were a better band than Queen :-)

  • This should of been one of their greatest hits.

  • any more heaviness and they would outdo Black Sabbath

  • This is just awesome... Queen at the Rainbow (London) 1974... nobody knew them at that time and then they rocked the world!!! Great performance of one of the heaviest numbers of that era... they had nothing less than Zeppelin, Purple or Sabbath!!! Freddie and Brian were already incredible but also Roger and John!!! SHEER POWER ATTACK!!!

  • they had nothing less than Zeppelin, Purple or Sabbath!!!

they had much more than Purple or Sabbath!

queen and led zeppelin are both great

  • purple were actually pretty amazing dude. a very undertated band. one of the most innovative bands of their time. but i do agree that Queen and Zep are much greater.

  • +1 Dude.

With Hendrix Led Zep and Quen are my favourite bands.

  • love all those groups.

  • one of the best songs of early Queen!

  • brian may looks so good.

  • AWESOME!!!

    Freddie looks SOOO HOTTT!!!! lol

  • En esta cancion se aprecia estilos como black sabbath, deep purple y led zeppelin.

    Gran album Queen II

  • Sounds like Jimmy Hendrix! LOL

    Queen Rocks! (:

  • rocks!! it's better than songs like lind of magic or miracle...

  • SEXY AS HELL!!! WOOOOOO *_* !!!!!

  • Great song

  • one of the best and most underrated queen song

  • I!!!! WANT!!!! YOU!!!!

    to be a woman....

  • fantastico

  • Fantastic sound and image qualite! And this concert must has been a very good one, for sure!!

  • Man Roger must have been an influence on Free/Bad Companies Simon Kirke. Or is it the other way around? I love Queens early metal/thrash/hard rock sound man from 1:46 onwards it is bliss.

But I am thankful for some of their most famous hits like Bohemiam Rhapsody and Under Pressure as well as some of the later hits like Show Must Go On, etc.

They were the difference between another great 70's band and the best band that will ever exist.

  • Freddie looks so hot in this video!!!! But then again, he always looks hot...

  • Best live performance of the song I've seen. Amazing

  • magnifoco freddie

  • magnifoco freddie

  • is this the concert where the video for bohemian rhapsody was made?

  • no, bohemian rhapsody came out in late 1975, this is 1974

  • Of all the Queen discs I love their first one the most. Some of the best rock music ever made!

  • I allways felt that way about the first and second albums.

  • This is the real queen :) I was there ;)

  • Perfect!!!!!!!!!

  • freddies voice was pure and perfect during his early years,my dad not only grew up in england with smile and ibex,but has seen freddie in concert in 1969 through 1986 at least 3 concerts a year and he has seen smile in concert,they played see what a fool i've been at one of there concerts and as it began{white queen}

  • Your father was very lucky... these experience cannot be forgotten for the whole life! What do we have todayyyyy?!?

  • holy cow, this is f'ing awesome, Queen 1, best album ever

  • Love this song great performance freddie 4ever

  • I am a Queen fan and think that their first five albums are probably their best. I especially think Queen and Queen II are their best in terms of originality. They sounded so different than other bands of that era.

  • @nirvana609 I would agree for the most part! I think my personal faves are Queen II and A Night At the Opera. From there I cannot decide!

  • Search here for "Great king rat/ Son and daughter - Opera". Very nice cover by this chilean band. They´re not a cover band, but they always include one or two Queen songs in their presentations.

  • Amasing! I love Queen so much, the old stuff is so much better <3 You can really see in this song how freddie was influenced by Led Zeppelin , rock on \m/

  • SON AND DAUGHTER

    LISTEN QUEEN !!!

  • queen pure power rock!!! amazing fuckin' song. best band ever!!!

  • I love the Queen's early sound
