People who sit back and argue that its 2-300hp have no idea. A built b16 with a gt30r @ 20psi is more than capable to have 500hp, theres pleanty that put out more. The "lag" that people point out is mostly about boost threshold - where the car generates boost. Probably able to make full boost ~5k and revs to 9k revs which gives it a 4000rpm powerband - more than what you can say about most aspriated 500hp 8's. The lag itself seems minimal, even with long gear changes its quickly on gate.
ok #1. STOCK B18C typeR engine makes 180 HP. 8 lbs of boost is equal to about 50% HP gains and is very compatible with stock internals = 270 WHPa stock engine with boost... plus it will still get 30mpg highway #2 some people like old V8 some people like Honda's some people like PINTO'S

I think he uses the Garret GT30 Ball Bearing, which is a faster spooling turbo. Still does produce a bit of lag, but better than what most Civics with high power uses.
More than power, it seems that speed limit + gear ratio's it's disadvantage than anything.

@thegreatseal1991 I would like to see your Porsche Turbo by now, since it's past December. I have a Evo X which runs 12's with only 380WHP + stg 3 clutch. Of course AWD + 2 Step being in the benefit of a launch.
I think he uses the Garret GT30 Ball Bearing, which is a faster spooling turbo. Still does produce a bit of lag, but better than what most Civics with high power uses.
More than power, it seems that speed limit + gear ratio's it's disadvantage than anything.
