I wasn't familiar with the game (last video game I played was Super Mario Brothers when the NES first came out), but being a fan of cinema I am familiar with Uwe Boll (he really is trying to be the new Ed Wood based on House of the Dead, Alone In the Dark & numerous other POS films). I was shocked when I saw Postal and found it to be one of the best comedies I've seen in quite awhile. This film is amazing & highly entertaining.

@R3ven4nTGOD I'm a big fan of the Postal series (and I mean the ENTIRE series). I took one look at the intro to the movie, and I decided it wasn't worth it. Uwe Boll may have gotten most of the humor down pat, but did he really have to cross the line entirely in more ways than RWS ever did? The guy made fun of the horrible tragedy that is 9/11, and he included naked people and explicit sexual activity in the movie. RWS had fun satire, and Boll decided to be offensive for the sake of offense.

The problem with this film will not be that it's 'offensive' (I don't believe in any form of censorship, after all), but rather that it's pretty much vapid. It looks neither clever nor well made. It's merely setting out to push everyone's controversy buttons, and cash in on the notoriety.

In all likelihood, though, it'll tank - It's a bit late in the game. The whole "make fun of post-9/11 terror culture" thing was done some time ago in 'Team America', to name one example.
