@DEREKinNYC That is very narrow-minded, he was a drug-abuser BECAUSE of his tragic background. And because of drugs and the naivity he had made him extremely vurnable for the scientologist and their ideas. He left Scientology BECAUSE it is an extremely dangerous organization/religious cult. And he is VERY well-spoken, watch the other videos!

@AdrianStick Actually, I read his book. It's a good work and well written and organised. This interview is not.
BTW, Anonymous members really need to dispense with the trolling, which is decidedly very narrow minded and one sided.

@Adrian Stick No problem. This forum ( I hope) is all about coming to some kind of consensus of opinion through debate. I'm well aware that the CoS has divided into fractions and these sides are passionate about their respective viewpoints. It's why I purchased his book despite my opinion of this interview.

@AdrianStick I am glad to read this. I visited the local office, and I all these concepts you are speaking of are exactly what was proposed to me. Being "clear." The "audit" process. The "bridge." Being set down and sold the books after taking the 200 question personality profile of the moment in time. Everything you are saying is nearly exact to what I experienced. The sad thing is that it actually made sense, and I was thinking about trying the basic communication class. You may have saved me

An interesting interview and excellent insight into the L. Ron Hubbard "way," the magical "world" of "mystery" and Sci-Fi make believe.
Sadly, it appears many in the UK have bought into the "common purpose" of personally going across "the bridge" once told they may be a "special one," whilst simultaneously abusing public office positions by selling-out the PEOPLE they claim to serve with a piece of Hubbard's "blue sky" space opera fantasy.
