they put the disney stars on a green screen with a colored rod and put a pic of the mickey ears in front of them. then the stars trace over the ears with the rod the best they can, which is why in some of them theyre off a little. then they add the sparkles and the glowing mickey ears with a video editor. its pretty cool!
