Labour were going to change the voting system with no referendum of the people, the system they proposed would have favoured themselves and the LibDems to form a permanent Left Wing coalition, permanantly making the Conservative party unelectable in the future. The plot only failed when some Labour MP's openly criticised it ,stating they would not support it, and it imploded, this was a very serious 24 hours in the UK dont doubt it, this was in every way an attempted Coup D'Etat
Brilliant. Gold fish has finally stepped down (I sentimetally dubbed him 'gold fish' because he always makes funny gold fish expressions when he talks). And yeah, his terrorist remark went straight over my head. Everyone knows 7/7 and 9/11 were false-flag operations. I do feel a bit sad that he's stepping down though, not because I liked him, but because we'll now have to put up with the lobotomized car salesman - David Cameron.
Fair play to him, it was the only logical outcome in terms of his position. Yet when the dust has settled I think history will judge Mr Brown favourably.
I hope he enjoys his life outside the limelight that has mocked him for too long. Just a shame he didn't tell the press to finally go fuck themselves on camera.
