ahh when i first played the original smash bros around when i was 8 or 9 i beileve (18 now) i was really into pokemon, so being able to play as pikachu was badass to me xD, man this game started an amazing trilogy, can't wait for the next one on the wii-U and 3ds! gonna be great ;)

I believe that Melee was the best one, just simply because it was the first I played and the one I like the best, while it still retained the feel of the original. Brawl is a pretty good game as well, and by far has the best music of the three.(Although, I have played all 3.)

I think Melee's is best. Don't get me wrong, Brawl's is epic, but it was kinda spoiled for me because it was one of many remixes of the same theme, which is all good and fine since it Nobuo Uetmatsu, but Melee's was a more original and excellently orchestrated in itself. Not only was it nostalgic, incorporating themes from N64 SSB, but also became nostalgic in itself, being that Melee, a decade after release, is still a favorite game of mine.
