Yeah these chicks here are prettier than this whiny mercy-whored L.A. obese gross bullshit. But Columbus residents are all racist of minorities. If you're not white they'll shoot you. Because i wasn't white they told me to get the fuck out of Columbus or they'd stake me to a cross and set it on fire.
Are there any illegals walking around or residing up here? If so you'll stare at them before they get fatally fucked up for trespassing. Fuck this "Washington" shit. Every state should make it's own white house under this bullshitty economic nation's lesson.
i have one thing to say about columbus and franklin county........THEY HAVE JOBS LOTS OF JOBS LOL. columbus reminds me of indianapolis becuase of it's massive size and the jobs i'm from indiana. i am living in tuscarwaras county and it SUCKS people. i'm used to city buses and cabs. columbus is the spot to me the city is right in the middle of everything the jobs omg they have jobs i cannot wait to move to the columbus area.
I'm not sure where you got the information about Columbus, but you're off on a few points. We're not located in the Bible Belt or Appalachia, and we're just barely in the Rust Belt. We're hundreds of miles from the plains.
@OurTripVideos You're not technically wrong about the location (intersection of Bible Belt, Appalachia, Rust Belt and Plains. We are in between all of those regions. (I'm a Columbus native; I was born here at OSU hospital in 1984 have lived here ever since. I graduate from OSU with a Civil Engineering degree in June 2012 (5 months from now, as I am writing this comment.
@janus2059 The problem arises because the definition and boundaries of those regions are somewhat historical, socio-economic and date from different time periods in history. It's also common for the character of a metro or urban area to differ from the surrounding rural areas. So, that's why people here don't tend to THINK of Columbus as any of those things. After all, exactly where are the limits of any of those regions?
@janus2059 West of Columbus, the "till plains" begin, geologically speaking. As you travel further west, and cross the Mississippi, the climate becomes drier, the trees become smaller and sparser until grass dominates (although very little of the natural vegetation remains out there; most has been cultivated). So no, we're no where most people think of the "great plains" being, but it's not like there's a definite boundary. Same with the rest of those regions.
@teh1337hackz0rz The video said "at the intersection of" or something. I live here in Columbus also. Southeast Ohio, with its low hills and rural economy, is more or less appalachia (even though by most accounts, the mountain range proper is in parts of PA, WV, VA, NC, TN, GA) Columbus is in a broad, low river valley, in a glaciated area. The topography changes fairly quickly to the east.
@Mr070363 You don't know the shithole, where I was born. Columbus is the mere paradise in comparision! Btw: Did You know, that one of our greatest war heroes of WWII lived, worked and died in Columbus? Even buried there!
haha kinda reminds me of " i am legend " without cars or people on the streets ! Myself and my husband are coming from scotland to Columbus to be eaten my zombies * cough * i mean see the sights ? Cant wait lovely video thank you x
