I've gotten into countless debates with the 'tourist' types that only see Philly as a bunch of pretty buildings and some shopping. I tell them they have to go through the Whole city to see the Real Philly...oh and maybe spend a few years here;

i do agree with this and i don't...people complain that they have to do all this bullshit and get involved in crime because their are no jobs...but at one time there were jobs in Philadelphia and people chose to go to these jobs on speed...shooting heroine at work...people had good pensions and good pay and they fucked that up for themselves because the work incentive is lost and is going to take a long time to return...

I'm buying this when it comes out the black on black murders in philadelphia are way to high,but oschino was right back in the 90s there were more bodys dropping,everybody now is exaggerating with the ITS AND ALL TIME HIGH! Its nowwheres near the all time high,even the 70s had a higher murder rate.
