Thanks for uploading this. Actually some modelling agencies do have petite divisions. Courtney, who was eliminated a couple of weeks ago has already been signed by Wilhelmina Miami and she's about 5'4'', I believe. It can happen, but I definitely think it'll be harder for the girls to get work.
