I had hair just above my waist and had grown it out for 9 years. I then had to cut it to a bob for a show and really wanted it to grow back. My advice is dont use chemicals on your hair to much, try not to use straightners and curlers to much and once a week I use a hair mask to hepl it grow :) hope i helped xx

i think if you have curly hair then you want straight hair and vice versa for straight hair. :p
