@karter139 where are you from?!! If you are from greece listen this : Ρε μαλακα το kick ass σημαινει "γαματος"... αρα η πιο γαματη χωρα...αγραμματε... if you are from another country dont speak anyway because no one foreign man would say this shit like you....
the petty thing with koufos, is that he is not the "plastic" PF he was ment to be, if you were watching him back in college he was reminding me tim duncan (dare to say that). Now he looks like a meat C, i wish him luck.
Kofous is getting the attention he deserves in Denver, developmentally, and it paid off tonight, with his 18 points and 9 boards...ALL IN THE SECOND HALF. We're happy to have him.
It's his own damn fault for leaving college early. Nobody forced him to leave, in fact he told the coaches he was staying until the very last minute, then changed his mind and messed up the school's scholarships the following year. He's a self-centered dork w/ his head so far up his ass he didn't see how good he had it. As far as I know as well, he hasn't been back to OSU since he left...
People don't give Kosta enough credit. he was an amazing player in college but when he came to the Jazz he was forced to play totally out of his style. He was an amazingly verstile player at Ohio with a killer shot. he could shoot the ball from anywhere and sink it with his eyes closed. Like Okur he was forced out of his comfort zone and wasn't allowed to play the way he thrived. If he were allowed to keep his style he would have been incredible, 20 ppg scorer easily.
@kalloused man I totally agree with you.... like, 100%.... I wish this kid had the opportunity ...maybe they are racists against him because he has Greek roots! :/// what can I say
Agreed ma man, but HE chose all this. It was his choice to drop Ohio in the first year, his choice to rush it to the NBA. Instead of improving as a basketball player he ended up working out, on how to push 7 foot players who dont even know the basics. IT REALLY upsets me, to see such a talent thrown in the bin.. They teach him how to be a sumo wrestler instead of shooting the ball and doin his moves. I hope he can turn all this around, b4 he forgets what he is capable of.
This could've a good player in the NBA. He was great player before and during college with Ohio State where he had the difficult task of replacing Greg Oden.
Unfortunately, they changed his game when he came to the league. They wanted him to play center, gain weight, and work his game around the basket, whereas for me, they should've played him power forward where he could knock some threes and be more versatile (which is his natural position). (The Jazz had already CB & Millsap at PF)
basketball is a sport America can be proud of ... they should denounce baseball and football as national sports.... basketball is a great sport because you need skills smarts and physical abilities... baseball isnt even a sport and football is a pussy version of rugby ,where ironically less people get seriously injured than in soccer cuz those players have enough pads to protect them from a fucking rhino attack
@potater76 hahaha theres no need to get emotional kid..... how irrational are you??
"prove it. Let me see you take some shots from a real football player " how would that prove anything other than my stupidity for voluntarily "taking shots from a real football player"....
if someone says more American soldiers died during WW2 than in vietnam would you ask them to prove it by saying " prove it let me see you take a bullet from a Viet Cong soldier"??
I can't believe we passed serge ibaka for this guy

fuck Sloan, he stifled Koufos' game and gave him no shot. He's flourished under every single other coach he's played for.
Good luck wherever you land.
