@shnto7 Chainlighting isn't used in pve there are talent builds to increase the productivity of a lightingbolt aswell as totems "relics" that can give a substantial haste bonus I quit wow about 3months ago but I'll give you a link to my shaman so you can get an idea...

@shnto7 Notice that he has 700+ haste and with totems down he has about 3000 spellpower and whenever my relic procs i get another 200 and with other procs from alternate trinks that i have and some gear switch outs I can replace about 400spellpower for an extra 300haste and as with procs about 1100 haste no CDs adding my lightingbolt's cast at about 1.5seconds if not less (according to my memory) and with Lighting Overload

@shnto7 I can get an extra lightingbolt free of mana at half the damage but still quite effective... Chain Lighting Is only useful in a Dungeon with multiple mobs or on trash in a raid other than that is pretty much useless considering it takes twice as much mana as chain lighting does also i have a glyph that increases my Lighting Bolt damage by 10% which adds on to that effect :D

Mana shield? That's far from a mana shield. You though regain mana for havin' those water balls out, each time you get hit you regain like 400 mana +/- 0... The 3 balls break after each hit, but water shield takes no mana to recast, so managing this without losing mana seems fairly cool to me. A shammy myself, I never keep up water shield though ^.-

As a resto shaman with 30% un-specced crit, I crit alot. Actually almost 100% chance on chain heal so everytime I do chain heal, I have to recast water shield to keep regaining mana...

Simple to maintain. As ele, however, I always forget haha.

my has all resto gear and when im specced ele, i get from 6-8k crits with lava burst. Only good gear i have is a belt from uld and 2 t8.5 pieces from badges. The rest is heroic drops/crafted. I think with flame weapon i have like 2100 sp.
