I have great respect for people who give jobs to others and great respect for those you pay for it.What I am against are restaurants like El Buli that are designed for a tiny "elit" of people. Cooking is an art yes, but I dont see why you should go extravagant with it. Most of the people who eat at places like that only do it to show off their richies and not because they apreciate good food. Ofcourse thats only my opinion. I dont see what got you that upset.

If people only knew how filthy the back of the house was compared to the front of the house, they would never eat out again. I've been to 15 countries and lived in 4. Been married forever and was never a junkie sweating on people's food. Only people who lead lives of quiet desperation would be jealous of Bourdain.

And the customers have paid a lot of money to pay these individual cooks to make these products. You know what I noticed there, the lack of the pompous ass with the tall hat, taller than anyone else's, so as to display his superiority.
