  • i would love to have a ride on it..

  • wow that ground looked more leveled before it was disked and yeah pick up the disk it looked like it was putting on alot of force

  • gotta agree with most pick up the discs when turning and stick with the slow speed you get better depth going slow - go fast and the implement will lift out

  • HEY JOHN DEERE COLLECTOR KEEP UR COMMENTS TO UR SELF U PIECE OF SHIT , NO ONE WANTS TO LISTEN TO IDIOT, TOUGH ,SMART GUYS ON HERE! BY THE WAY CANADIANS RULE FUCK HEAD!!!

  • this bloke must like changing bearings

  • y do you think the fucking tractor is smoking dum asses

  • wow your gonna break a fuckin g blade not lifting it up at the end and you should not have the fucking wheels all the way up either what are you guys canadians or something retards

  • wow im only 16 years old and i even know that a real farmer will pick up his equipment at the end of each pass. and im only working with a john deere 870 that pulls a single set of disks 6 foot wide.. wow that will sure enough either break a couple of blades or really bend the shit out of something.. ohwell not my equipment

  • dude why are you not picking up your disc at the ends, are you trying to mess it up or are you renting it?? but i wouldn't worry about the chain leave it down, and i agree with mseetherh your pulling it way to deep in the ground, and i would waste my time turning clean ground, i would no-till right on top of that shit

  • WAY TOO DEEP!!! Oh yeah pick it up at the headland. Disc harrows not chain harrows!

  • I know a million people have told you this brother but ill put it to you man to man,

    1. disk down

    2. pick up ur disk do a 3 point turn and then go down the row and repeat.

    3. pull ur field cultivator over what you disk'd

    4. pull your drill up and down repeating the 3 point turn "who ever picks for you will be pissed if they cant pick in rows haha"

this farming stuff is easy man just takes some time! next season you will have it all figured out! good luck!

  • Wow... never seen anyone turn like that with the disk in the ground... obviously you have no financial ties to that disk... I wouldn't want to put new bearings and blades on that thing.. Hope that Deere will pull that thing faster than that, you're not going fast enough to do any good at turning the soil over.

  • @possumholler05 finally a guy who understands

  • yah thats a good way to bend the crap out of the blades!!!

  • i have never seen anyone in my life do turn arounds with the disc still in the ground i was always taught to raise it up

  • @sparsons08 your right..we were always told to raise it up

  • Comment removed

  • @brian93ist No it wouldnt?? pretty sure 99.999% of farmers rip in rows for a reason not circles. You create edges that way.. come on now!

  • Comment removed

  • @brian93ist I mean this disk is turning over good dirt but to be honest i wouldnt waste my time and fuel disking this dirt its already clean....it only needs the cultivator and drilled. Also im kind of like you. ipull my offset twice over and have another tractor behind me with 30,000 lb roller and then another behind that with a drill...screw 4 steps to plant!!

  • Comment removed

  • @brian93ist Well to each is own....spray before you disk, then if corn side dress inject fertilizer

  • Second to none...........................

  • clearly experienced

  • fuckin city slicker runnin a disk..if i was his boss id knock him stupid

  • @firefighter31256 Why? What did he do wrong? And what happens next after plowing?

  • @vexviper u never run a disk in the ground makin turns it can fuck up the bearings, bent the disks and therfor costin hundreds of dollars and alot of man hours 2 fix it..and after u disk u tilloll it and then plant it

  • You must like changing bearings...

  • lift that baby up when ya get to the headlands (end of field) or you'll be bustin disc blades!

  • why don`t you lift the disc on the headlands

  • the long time consuming process of plowin and diskin a field......god i love it..

  • now thats a real tractor, 55 series is the best tractor john deere ever made.

  • Comment removed

  • @brian93ist nothing plastic about the 55 series.

  • That put a lot of stress on the outer discs!!

  • Nice rig! I love all the comments about picking up the disc.... maybe we could channel all the negativity toward getting the muslim out of our white house... was that out loud?

  • @brian93ist I never said Obama was a Muslim... I read the comments left on your channel....Too funny!

  • wonder if my 4560 would smoke like that in similar field conditions... she only blows black when she gets into the rows... and when i PICK THE DISK/CHISEL UP @ THE END OF THE ROWS :)

  • dude your missing huge patches wtf

  • @JohnDeere1317 He will get the end rows last.

  • @sp00ktube its like 100 yards in from the end of the field he makes a huge turn and there is a massive patch

  • @chrismuir111 i no he missing everything dumbass he needs to pick it up

  • wow, ok everyone i think he understands the disk thing now, couple things for you lipsman, try lowering the air pressure in your tires, looks like you got alot of wheel slip, and it will also make thr ride smoother, also no need to rev her flat out 1600 to 1800 makes the most power, it'll save fuel and your motor, but she's a sharp rig brother

  • why wouldnt you pick the disk up

  • Like others said pick that disk up, you are killing the front end of that tractor, you have to be going through gangs on the disk...

  • 156hp.Would like it better if it had a regular muffler

  • What a beautiful tractor. I can see it defentally has plenty o power. hahaha I can also see that it already has the straight pipe on it. Love the machine Pure greed. Haha

  • It really hurts me when you turn around with the disks in the ground, Thanks!

  • Comment removed

  • wow i cant believe you havnt broke something ! that grounds a lot softer than where im from ha ha ha lol

  • pick up the disk

  • I was under the impression that your supposed to pick up your disc when turning like that

  • wow pick ur disc up

  • not a smart choice to turn like that

  • why are you driving that slow ??

  • please pick up the fucking disk your going to ruin the bearings!

  • nice i to like to jam out while in a tractor all day.

  • Great vid, Beast of a tractor. Sounds great. As for lifting the discs up, yes its best too, But a LOT of farmers here in the uk dont,

  • @landrovertractorboat

-So your saying that North American farmers know how to look after their equipment better??

  • yes and its the truth

  • You should really pick the Disc up when Turning... Your gonna pay for it later on.....

  • new to the farmmin ol boy?

  • The tracto isnt too big...we pull a brand new 28 ft sunflower disc with a 28 ft Unerverfeth rolling basket behind it with a 4850..sometimes 4960...and they do just fine no problems...can run it on about 8th gear without creating ridging...but if your in a hurry you can go faster easily...but we pick the disc up when we turn so its not as bad as this dumbass

  • you all should see his other vid where he is pulling a pull type planter planting corn and does a 90 degree turn with the planter in the ground with the row marker out and everything this guy is fucked up for real

  • nice tractor tho, might be a little underpowered tho

  • wow... end rows gonna have ruts deeper then the grand canyon

  • dont you think these discs are a bit heavy for the tractor?

  • Don't get mad at him, its not his fault, that JD can't pick it up! lol

  • PICK the damn disk up!!! jeezus

  • Is the cylinder broken or what?

You got any furrows out there? LOL I've never seen a disc that didnt need at least 2 blades overlapped to fill the furrow.

Did you just decide to start farming?

  • lol....does anybody pick the tillage implements up anymore? sure hard on those bearings

  • You dont lift the disc up?!...damn...I would get yelled at if i didnt

    1. Its rough as hell on the tractor

    2. Its rough as hell on the disc

    3. You tear the fuck outta your land in the long run

    4. I would have to fix all 3 if i did it

  • lol how the hell did he do that I broke a inch n a half axle on our 26 foot 630 in a 90 degree bend lol

  • light shit frame we used to have a 620 with a light shit frame and this year we got a 637 12' 2'' same size of the 620

  • holy shit dude, y dont you pick the disk up at the ends, there not ment to turn in the ground

  • he did a 90 degree turn with his pull type 6 row planter in the ground in the other vid

  • that want hurt it I do it with our 8 row but if you have it on a 3pt it will tear it all to hell

  • nice. where are you at?

  • central Wisconsin, our farms by a river so we have everything from red clay to black sand.

  • You only farm 80 acres and have a 4555

  • 80 acres isn't bad keeps you busy,

hey man quick tip try rasing up that disk at the turn rows save your bearings and disk and some stress of you tractor.

    Keep them videos coming

  • deere still looking good. great vid

  • A whopping 80 acres!
