  • This juggle works on tekken 6 only? or only in tekken 6 BR????? need to know asap...

  • u could also do just up instead of uf. i tried it but i still havent mastered this. not one.

  • Thank you very much for this tutorial.

  • can you please show it on controller ? :(

  • someone needs to make a video showing the players hands for us visual learners! D:

  • what's the song called?

  • Uh... sir i would like to add another suggestion with regards to qcf-uf+1. You can also use qcb+1 as shortcut. I remember doing it for Bryan's knee cancel aka Instant While Rising + 3 qcb+3 in T5DR/5.0 and the commands for Nina are exactly the same However the risk is it will end up as B+1 if you miss the timing. ^_^

  • can you do this again using a ps3 controller?.......and pls do a lot of things like this.......

  • can you do an actual demonstration? with your hands?

  • Nice tuto , thanx , now i can come back to nina after this years with others characters Between , i realize how input lag of the HDTVs are Shitty !

  • Do you use joystick or control pad, and which is just all 'round better, pad or joystick?

  • Hey! My motorcycle suit Nina looks just like yours!

    Awesome. Good Nina designs in all the other costumes too.

  • It works better to the right because the left leg hotbox on the opponent is higher which you can clearly see. All juggles work better on that side and juggles are worse in the other side for the opposite reason :)

  • in psp i can do fb with down, rise then square, but i don't understand how qcf works?!! i tried d, df, f with psp then square but kept failing.. T_T

  • actually its fluttering butterfly,,,, btw i have trouble ending this combo after the 4FP and the bound, i did the last FP but the kick is impossible on female characters... any one has this problem?

  • Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love your tutorial man! I'll be practicing this one! Cheers to you!

  • Electric Fountain Music is Awesome :D

    this stage is my favorite <3

  • @Sorrow00VGA

    Thank you very mutch^^

  • @Pappioll

    nice video it really helped me but i have one problem, i do in offline mode but when i play online i dont do it very well unless if i was against marduk , miguel... can somebody please help me :(

  • @Pappioll

    Thanks for this viedeo some guy is stupid because there is no way to dislike help lol nice job i can do it ^^ Thank you , but i dont understand the think with the side step wich side it will be easier?

  • @HappYCATFeliX

    Towards Nina's Right side (SSR=Side Step Right)

  • damn, im screwed with this on xbox

  • can u do this in psp? cos i have 1

  • i have a pad and i try to doit but it wont work :\

    and believe me i didit really really Fast like in the video but it does not hit the other player :\

    i think there is a kind a magic behind it or

    i think ill buy a arcade stick maybe its better > am i right ?

  • @SuhaiLeo

    Multiple times in the video for one thing he said it's TIMING and NOT about SPEED.

    And also stated in the video, the move hits better when you're slightly off-axis, towards Nina's Right.

  • That said, I'm having some trouble moving from the SSL~n1 into the isw1. Is there a secret to the timing there? Or the movement? Every time I get to the isw1 the opponent is out of reach and close to hitting the ground.

  • Thank you for posting this very comprehensive video.

  • Lool

    dude i practice this for 3 hours and i did it

    then when i was on the other side (p2)

    everything switchd and it become hard to do from the right Lol

    i said this is bulllshit and i turn off my ps3 Lol

  • plz show me how to iWS i have seen alot of videos but i cant understand plz make if u can tnx

  • but in playing tekken 6Br in a gamer station you , you know like if

    Box=1

    triangle=2

    X=3

    O=4

    how am i gonna make the qcf,u/f+1

    the multiple flapping because when i play at timezone i can't make it

  • what means qcf

  • @KidzOfTokyo153 qcf = quarter circle forward.

  • fb=the facebook =)

  • this can be done on pad haha but a little harder

  • hey man thanks for the very direct and clear tutorial.. i just tried practicing nina this day and i find it hard doing those FB but when i saw your video i actually got and idea on how to input it right. i'm very very thankful to you thanks for the tip im mike from the philippines! just want to let you know that you have a fan here because of this. thanks! maybe you could teach me how to do juggles using king or armor king i find it hard doing the grabs on their combos. thanks god bless

  • @triskelionzoom

    maybe i can help i main armor king though because he's much easier to use than king

  • A thorough detailed tutorial video.. Thanks 5/5

  • The analog's better for that combo

  • is the "uf" means up then forward?

  • @kedavra5 No, it means that you have to press up-forward (one input). Basically, diagonally upwards from Nina's perspective.

  • @Pappioll I can only do up to two fb's the third one always misses, guess I have to practice the timing

  • Yeah, it's quite easier than CD cancel to ws. But I play Mishimas, can you judge me?

    Even though I don't play Nina, thanks, it was, hm, educational.

  • I got it :D thanks Papioll . It does take time to perfect this combo..

  • wtf wtf wtf y i cant do like this plz help me

  • can you do this on d-pad? cause i'm having trouble doing this (i'm assuming you're using stick XD)

  • @alienjep Nope, I'm using a pad too. Except I use the stick on the pad, if you know what I mean.

  • @Pappioll

    You can do this on a D-Pad... You can even do it on a DDR Dance Pad... You just have to use the proper input.

  • @NinaBRCombos Obviously you can do this on a pad too. I said "nope" because I answered to his statement that he thought I was using a stick, which I don't.

  • @Pappioll

    Ohhh hahaha yeah. I got pretty sick of people a while back saying it can't be done on pad or with certain inputs so I tested it every which way possible. The only thing I couldn't get was QCF~u/f+1 on a DDR pad. LOL

  • does lili also have this ability. w/ her WS 2. i think i saw her do it, in a ghost battle.. im not sure.

  • Thank you alot for making this video. ^ ^

    Make me understand how to do FB clearly.

    (Now I am training and learn to time FB.... and I think i discover something...)

  • Fantastic....I didn´t try yet,....but i´ll get flap soon

    Thats the way...tnx

  • Can U Also Teach Me how to the thing when u+f O?

  • i can only hope that i can do it with my NINA hahhaa

  • amazing, my nina can only HOPE to be this good. haha

  • amazing, my nina can only HOPE to be this good. haha

  • Thanks for the tutorial. In the video, though, you mentioned that there are other ways to pulling off the multiple FBs. What are they?

    And why is it needed to go to U/F after the QCF motion?

    Thanks.

  • This is a very good tute. NIna is my best. But, man, this is hard to pull off...I better get back to practicing.

    Well done with all of the detail though!

  • thankssss :)

  • what is SSR? and SS1? and SS?

  • @MISSsuperstarrr SS = Side step

  • @MISSsuperstarrr

    SSR = Side Step Right

    SS1 = Side step left punch

  • uf22, ssr~f1.. is the best way to practice this.

  • omg that looks hard, and nina is my main character...i need lots-o-practice :(

  • Good tutorial, now I know I was doing it too fast.

  • whats does qcf~uf+1 mean? i know what uf+1 means but idk what qcf~ means

  • @awwdayumitsbanti qcf = quartercircle forward. So it's: d,df,f.

  • I play against one of the top 20 Nina players on PS3 and one of the top 10 Lars players on PS3. The Nina player doesn't do this, they do combos that are easier to do and execute but do more or the same damage. While the Lars player, does baby combos, but is an amazing defender.

  • hey man,, first of all i want to thank u on this emazing job u have done...but i do have a question for u .. how many time can i repeat the BF because i have been practicing since 2 weeks and i cant repeat it more than 4 times ??? so please answer me please , nina is my best characters

  • @skull0o0tekken Thanks, np. 4 times is the maximum, you will have to bound after that.

  • @skull0o0tekken

    Well this isn't entirely true. In ideal situations you can get 8 with no bound and a big character (Miguel, Jack, and Marduk)

    Situation slightly off axis right d/f+2. In that situation you can do:

    d/f+2 iWS1 iWS1 iWS1 iWS1 iWS1 iWS1 iWS1 iWS1,1+2 (which also equates to the longest wall carry in the game without bounding.

    If you want to bound you can do the same thing with a slighty off axis right d/f+2

    d/f+2 iWS1x7 1+4 B! iWS1,1+2 (Which is a little bit further carry)

  • @NinaBRCombos Of course, but 4 FB's is usually the general number except if you play against a big-hitbox character such as the ones that you mentioned.

  • @Pappioll

    Actually if you're doing 4 you're gimping damage...

    The staple you should be using to maximize damage is d/f+3,2 SS1~b~u/f+4 iWS1x3 1+4 B! iWS1 ff+3... That's 4 more damage then d/f+3,2 SS1~f iWS1x4 1+4 B! iWS1 ff+3

    The only two launchers you can't do the max damage staple consistently from (d/f+3,2 SS1~b~u/f+4 iWS1x3 1+4 B!) ARE u/f+1 and WS2.

  • @NinaBRCombos Yes I know that, and I'm aware of the fact that the combos that are shown in this video aren't the most optimal ones. I was talking about the FB-juggle and whether if you can land more than 4 FB's or not.

  • @SilentPhenomed lag thats why. timing gets screwed on psn and live. you have to be almost frame perfect

  • i cant understand about buttons can u help me plz

  • what happens if i don't sidestep?

  • @lovipoe0919 Your FB will probably whiff. Therefore - no juggle. Make sure that you sidestep correctly.

  • for psp please

    ?

  • what means of q, u , p??or something haha :))

  • ERmm Wat is Ws+1 ? W=? S=? and qcf ???? Actually multiple FB is Repeating pressing D/F+3 right ?

  • @pappiol i have a question after bounce i use one fb then 1+2.but i cant do the after bounce with fb then ff 3.ty^^

  • thank u very much for the tips =)

  • thank pappioll u made me a big fan on nina but whats next in this juggle need to learn this D/F+2,D/F+3,2,SS+1,then next i think its an high kick but i cant make it

  • @Theresaaiza You want to do that high jumping kick after df3,2~SS~N+1? If so, then you need to hold back after N+1, this will make her go into her qcb-stance instead of the qcf-stance as if you were holding forward. When you're doing so, input uf+4. You need to be quick, but it's a good juggle with decent damage. After uf+4 you can follow up with either multiple FB's or jab>bound. Oh and make sure you're not holding on uf+4, you need to only tap it. Otherwise she'll do another kick.

  • @Pappioll do u have a psp cause i dont have any thats why i cant make it =(

  • that was wonderfully enlightening. a lot of this stuff isn't available on your run of the mill move list so these things are very good indeed. thanks

  • me and my friend skye (nog) is trying , wev got the speed down but everytime we do i combo wif it we do uf 1, but wen we so it right we dont get it at all? anyhelp??

  • thanks so much man.. this helped alot.

  • qcf~uf+1... i usually go for qcf~1 since its easy for me not to mess up adding the u/f. qcf~1 is different from qcf+1. but still it's a nice video!

  • @robertxtm i do qcf~1 ONLY after a bound and or high launcher (db+4,3 or b+1+4) because the fact its a little slower than qcf~uf+1

  • An alternative way to do the multiple flaps is to input f,d,d/f repeatedly. Players familiar with the Mishimas' EWSG might prefer this method.

  • You know i think for your next video you should do a hand demonstration as well. I think that will also be equally important.

  • Comment removed

  • is it ok if for inputting: df2 df3,2 SSR~1 iWS1.. I would use: (hold df) 2 3,2 1 1 (release df)? because with that method I can get those moves but I haven't managed to add more iWS1 to that (using qcf~uf1 method). Someone said that this "auto sidestep" method should even work. Can you confirm whther it is possible to use this method or not?

  • thanks for the tutorial, Nina is my favorite. 5/5

  • What does qcf stand for....

  • @alakazamfan123

    qcf = quartercircle forward

  • OK o_0

    It is still alien to me... It means press the circle and forward (depending on which side are you on) or something?

  • No, it basically means that you have to move the stick in a quartercircle motion (forward from Nina's perspective).

  • Oh OK thanks a lot. The only character I can juggle with is Lili, and even then it only does around 55-60 damage.

  • @alakazamfan123 to learn juggles requires time.. go 2 practice mode, nd go thru ALL the moves of the character at least two times, three the most. afterwards go to the sample combos and learn them. then after learning them do variations of the combos u learned. then, go online and fight other ppl and learn from them or go on the internet and learn from other ppl. ^_^ hope that helped a little

  • And what is uf+1?

    I don't really get this controls x_x

  • u = up, f = forward, b = back, d = down

    1 = X for 360, square for ps3

    2 = Y for 360, triangle for ps3

    3 = A for 360, X for ps3

    4 = B for 360, circle for ps3

  • thaks dude it helps ^_^

  • 1:55 saying "sidestep anticlockwise" would have been simpler.

  • OMG! That was so helpful thx!

  • I'm using the 360 controller. Though I'm pretty sure you can succeed with the ps3 one aswell.

  • wtf are these buttons :S i cant find tutorals with ps3 buttons

  • 1 = LP, 2 = RP, 3 = LK, 4 = RK

    why would they use notation that relies on using one specific button layout on one specific platform?

  • some1 could explain me all the combo (and the butterfly buttons) with PS3 buttons?.... i don't understand with number buttons :(

  • the number buttons are just a standard tekken notation players have been using. For a ps3 controller 1=square, 2=triangle, 3=X, 4=circle

  • please do your next video with tech roll on. this juggle is easy to roll out of if the player doesnt have extreme timing.

  • ty!!^^it helps a lot for me!!^^

  • I'm confuse qcf is d,df,f? I thought hcf is d,df,f.

  • @Clalivel

    qcf = quarter circle forward = d, df, f

    hcf = half circle forward = b, db, d, df, f

  • @Pappioll so the hqcf is the d,df?

  • hqcf? Hm, why would you want to do a half-quartercircle forward? There is no such thing as a "half" quartercircle forward since you can't split up d,df,f (qcf) into two equal parts.

  • Sige, Practise ka lang...

  • ok you see what happend at 3:08 combo that always happens to me I can't get the flapping to come out. no matter how slow or fast I am doing it. Just to get 1 to come out.

  • @l3lue2ain

    If you keep getting the uf+1 then you're inputting your qcf~uf+1 too early, in other words when Nina is still in the recovery frames of the previous FB. Try to wait a bit longer before you input the next qcf~uf+1.

  • @Pappioll

    I am talking about at the first one. not even multiple ones. I can't even do like 1 with this method and i know it works :(.

  • @l3lue2ain

    Oh, so you're having problems with that one. Okay, well the very first one is not difficult at all. After inputting df3,2 you must sidestep (1P downwards - 2P upwards), then while in the sidestep animation, hit 1. Now, when Nina connects with SS+1, make sure that you press and hold forward. This will bring out her qcf dash. And while she's in the "crouching dash" press 1 again.

  • this is so werid does this also work with 1+4

  • thanks pappioll for the great tutorial

    5s

  • I can get multiple iws+1 pretty consistently now. About how to use it in jap combo (df+3,2~ssr+1) one hint is to let finish the entire qcf animation so she gets closest to the opponent it facilitates the job a lot.

  • I suck at tekken,

    I have to ask..

    Do you use the analog stick or d-pad

  • @EA2153

    You can use both. But I think it's a lot easier to do this with the stick.

  • Nice tutorial video, I've done Nina's multiple WS+1 on the PSP. Five Stars.

  • I just can't seem to connect the 2nd flap after I SS(down, from 1p's side). After the first flap from the forward dash, the 2nd flap doesn't connect somehow... Its as if i'm whiffing the 2nd flap or something. Or is this just supposed to take so long to practice? I just need to know if i'm doing something wrong so that I don't endlessly do the wrong thing. Thanks!

  • @F1r4dr4g0n9

    You will have to cut down the delay between your FB's. Make sure that you execute the 2nd one exactly when the previous one has finished, otherwise it will whiff.

  • Pappi alltså

  • Japp :)

  • Finally, I could do it.

  • Been a long time since I did my practics on those flaps lol.... Seeing this video made me wanna get on back with the practice xD

    I'm just wondering if there is some different "timing" involved when using the Xbox 360's Stick when doing the qcf~uf+1 motion.

    Thanks for the great video, really made me wanna practice this awesome move again xD

  • No problem. Okay, different timing when using an arcade stick or the pad? As far as I know, the timing is always the same. You just need to feel the rythm.

  • Ok, FB is really annoying. Bye! :3
