I discovered Cake buying it from the discount section...the junk section of the music store, like 10 years ago. Here in Chile nobody listens to Cake, the only reference for us is that the main riff from "Never There" was used on a coffee comercial xD. I encourage listening to this band here, mainly because it revitalizes the simplicity in music, and...because it's so cool listening to it.

I love CAKE. Comfort eagle is a great song, i didn't enjoy the stick shifts and safety belts song though. I get disappointed sometimes when hearing the lead singers monotone voice, i think they can go much farther if he put more passion into it. But everyone enjoys different stuff, the bass and drums slightly reminds me of Primus.
