Hmm, I see that with siege queipment you got definitly the same tactic as Romano-Brits. Still great battle, why you don't flank your enemy by cavalary?

I take my time in seige.

The AI defender just parades up and down in front of my missilers until there are none left. Only after that do I enter.

Also, I start from opposite sides of the settlement, one battering ram each.

That way if the defenders bottleneck one of my pincers, the other comes around and slams them from the back.
