I do not use bleach to wash them - neveer us bleach !
the nutrition is in the seed. Good soil can support and gtgive more but is not needed

Im kind of confused, dont you need soil so the sprouts get more nutrition?

i have learned that you only need to rinse them -- no bleach actually
no Hydrogen Peroxide it is not needed
