Why not just load cutter tip in right hand tool into a small router with a"floating base"
so a cut can be done by introducing tool into tile safely and with control?
Try the task with the floating router and I reckon right hand man will go a lot better.
A jig can only assist of course in any job.
Easy and cheap to make a jig for rh man with a piece of polypropylene cutting board cut to profile of box,. then use a router guide pin. Tape etc on wall
How long does it take to drag out the Python and put it in place and then put it up compared to the rotozip. The biggest advantage here I see is less dust, not necessarily time.
Its obvious Pythondemo.. SmallltimR is referring to how you made the legendary Rotozip blew out in front of the Python. No doubt Python is a very good tool, but give Rotozip to my hands and I will show you to make the cut in half of the Python's time.. Its the fingers that cut, not the tool... ;) But no disregard for Python. I've both..
