actually when you discolate ur knee, you have a major ligament called an acl, so since he discolated his knee, he also tore his acl in the process, which hurts twice as more than breaking an arm. Believe me i broke one arm, fractered the other, and also discolated/ tore my acl. The discolation of the knee hurts ten times more than breaking an arm.
