You do realize that this reactor is after all the first of it's kind and that nuclear reactors haven't been built in a long time?
Delays and higher cost are hardly a surprise.
Besides now that the first is being built the second will be easier and cheaper and so forth.
How do you figure that nuclear power doesn't aid in tackling the climate change?
