I like both of them and they're good but in a different way. Britney's the best dancer and she's a good singer and she has a lot of amazing songs. But my favourite is Christina cause her voice is so fantastic and powerful. She can't dance well but she isn't a dancer,she is a singer and a singer has to sing well, not dance. Christina is one of those singers who can sing very well live. I don't mind if people compare them cause they are the real legends,NOT GaGa or someone like her with no talent.

'circus' didnt do as well as expected'NMT' is just one single. and though its not a huge success, that does not mean it flopped. it peaked at #23 on the billboard hot 100. its not a major success but its still selling very well. :)

im just tryna say though 'womanizer' may toppped the charts but 'circus' took 1 year to sell 3 million. according to worldwidealbums, its the same amount 'B2B' sold 4.5 months. and secondly, christina wasnt promoting 'NMT'. everyone went to her website to check the countdown out. it wasnt until a month later then she went on oprah. :)

@chewerboy Opening sales tell you something? An album to keep on selling depends on the promotion. If you think a tour is promotion enough you're wrong. Britney only promoted 2 of the 4 singles from Circus. Christina's album was expected for 3 years and OF COURSE it's going to sell cuz her fans were starving, lol. What I mean is that, if they both release a single the same day and promote it equally, Britney's will do better. If Britney wants, she will sell more, she just has to REALLY promote.

'3' was the only good thing that happened from 'TSC'. 'TSC' only sold 300K and considering all the hype about the #1 hit. i was puzzled when 'TSC' didnt do that well. and '3' had gotten free promotion with it being a #1 hit so i really cant understand how did it not sell? :)

Plus, it had only one brand new song. If you go to itunes you'll see people saying what's the point in buying the album if it includes all that they already have plus one song that can be bought as a single...Now do you understand it? No promo, no new songs, no nothing.
