  • The charge error was likely because the charger was connected to a fully charged battery. The charger thinks that because the battery reached the full charged setpoint soon after the start of charging the battery is dead. Also, those battery potential state of charge readings are for batteries at rest. It is normal for batteries to get up to around 14V during bulk/acceptance charging.
