  • Great job! -- from a bodyweight(.com) newbie!

Thx for the comments. I train once a day 4 to 5 times per week and train from 10 to 30 minutes. I enter all workouts with time in my journal. Somedays are high intensity & others volume for strength.

For ages 40+ mobility is crucial, therefore burpees, fatburners & other similar exercises that are done on the floor.are a must do every time I exercise.

Exercising is like filling water in a bucket with holes, as soon as you stop the level goes down.

  • Another great set! Aside from the great variety (and wonderful creativity) of the exercises, what does a weeks worth training look like in terms of the amount of time you spend training? Do you spread out exercise sets throughout the day? Have you written any articles regarding your training philosophy? Yep! I ask a lot of questions. Sorry about that. You have certainly motivated me to step it up in my training. ThanX
