I bet that clerk got fired. He should have put the envelopes with the money IN the safe not ON it. I know that if any of my employees were to do something that stupid.. they'd be fired on the spot.
I know this is a very late response, but I don't think those envelopes had any money in them, they were just there for drops with all the empty tubes.
