Not to mention hemp is illegal so until it is not only legalized but also industrialized this will not be a good alternative. Besides that algae fuels and other biomass products are a way better alternative for the following reasons: Can be grown in any conditions like non arable lands, is cheap and easy to grow with faster growth and harvesting rates than any other crop, can grow in smaller spaces with higher yields than any crop, can be used to eliminate the cost of transportation of fuels

Mosley2, Hemp is a good source of fuel but there are a few problems. One is that growing hemp requires too much land and water and would cost just as much or more to produce fuel from because you still must grow, harvest, process, and then transport the fuel. Hydroponics could be an answer to the land requirements but the other 3 expenses will remain.

@ZigZagnva, The technology exist to clean all the fresh water in the world with natural processes, but that is a good idea for salting the roads however Im not sure how that would work. You would have to find a way to separate the salt first which Im pretty sure would corrode the engine unless it was separated before combustion. Besides Im pretty sure we will eliminate the wheel from vehicles before this would be a viable solution.

thats dumb they should make cars that run off of salt water from the ocean and use the salt to salt the roads or something idk im not a scientist but its not smart to use tap water to run our vehicles because the world has very little fresh water for us to use

Ethanol from Hemp would be much better, it was used way back and is still used in Formular One Cars today.

hell i had a civic from 1981 that got 45 miles to the gallon.? what happened. i have seen large v-8 engines get over 30 or more using minor tweaks to the air fuel and so on. but they made all that a lot harder and more expensive to accomplish on vehicles of the past 30 years.

I would like to see more hydrogen powered fuel cell vehicles out there. They even have home fueling stations to pump your hydrogen, that run off of natural gas. And I think maybe electric, as well. And eventually off of solar and wind. And public hydrogen fueling stations running off of solar and wind. Anyone wanna buy one?

Has anyone seen any positive reviews of these devices on YouTube, or elsewhere? Other than the reviews attatched to the websites selling them? I haven't yet. And I don't think I can trust it unless I can get actual, REAL, cases of success to review. All of those real reviews that I've seen have been negative. You would think, though, that a cooler and cleaner-burning engine would at-least make a purchase worth it. Even if no improvment in mileage.

My point is the hospital medical Oxgen manufactured was very flammable.

It was used & sold for the purpose of medical use class Oxygen.

@clnmyjts It would be too rapid of a reaction to produce a worth while energy. O2 intensifies a normal reaction. Something with high O2 percentages and long reaction would be an effective energy source such as water or salt water. Radio waves will ignite salt water and H2O can be separated into HHO by electric stimulation. These both are amazing alternatives with salt + water or water as a product of the reactant.

I watched a video on youtube of a man whom claims to be using water in his motorcycle to run it on. Would he of been using radio waves?

Why bother to convert water into a fuel at all??? Water can be used to push pistons in an engine simply by using water pressure. Build a compressor to generate 4 digit PSI, and then attach a belt from the crankshaft pulley to the compressor, like you would a supercharger. Now the pressure being generated by the compressor is in fact powering the compressor. instead of exhaust fumes, route the "exhaust" to return the depressurized water from the engine cylinder back into a reservoir.

This engine would need no air intake, because nothing is being combusted, and because nothing is being combusted, you have NO emissions - harmful or otherwise. The water then returns to the reservoir.

Motor efficiencies have not dropped but gone up with computer controls. Weight of vehicle has gone up such as the SUV. This "run on water" stuff came out after the first crisis in the 70s and it was BS then. The only way it gets better mileage is by leaning out the fuel/air mixture and getting the driver to accelerate more slowly because he has a device on it. No Magic Here.
