We went to the Los Angeles Zoo a week ago! It was great, but for some reason, we can't seem to get the front end of any animals on video! Can you imagine only seeing the rear end of those red bottomed apes we all love? Doesn't make too appealing of a video to share with SnakeBytes!
I thought the most intresting place I've ever been to was the Holocaust museum in D.C. I was just so intrested in all the pics and saw a lot of stuff from the Holocaust
deathvalley, zion, bryce canyon, hoover dam, Vegas, Grand Tetons, Jackson hole, It was a very fun vacation, The only bad part was vegas, because we couldn't go into any of the casinos were the action was at. O Well
Hay the little girl in the tore almost looked like Bindi Irwin the daughter late Steve Irwin. Now That would be a cool show invite Terry irwin and the kids to your place now that would be show to do just think of the publicity that it will bring to the snakebytes TV show or did you already do that if yous did I didn't know because I don't have cable TV can't afford it.
great vid hilarious bloopers! for the question of the week, i recently went to the grand canyon and just seeing that really makes you realize how small you are and how big the world is, not to mention the beautiful views. thanks -kona
hmm Brian do you guys set up tour times? i'd like to come lol... and see the big snakes my freind has a tree python and it scared me. tore his hands up and me a little. how do we make him less aggresive? we need help :P
no a killer clown. Sorry to bother you lol I looked through a few videos and found out what it was. I was right its a super pastel and a clown. Killer clown is amazingly beautiful.
The Tech N9ne concerts I have been to seem to leave a pretty big impression on me everytime i go to one, its just the high energy and the intesnsity everyone there has is just crazy!
I went to the gathering of the Juggalos. It happens once a year and people come from all of the world to one spot in the USA. It is a 4 day event of camping, wrestling, concerts, signings, seminars, and parties. I will always remember the gathering. Woop Woop !
The one place that i visited was Letchworth state park in New York state. It's nicknamed the grand canyon of the east. The sheer beauty was breathtaking and I will always cherish my visit there.
there was a big van that had all sorts of reptiles and inverts it was realy fun and i loved animales more aftar that day thank you snake bites great show
Still not sure where it was... I got a tad intoxicated. Apparently I enjoyed it... I got social, and woke up in a room and I still don't know to who it belonged. When I opened my eyes, I just got out of there ASAP.
A place that left a lasting impression was PETCO it was bad half the animals in the reptile section were dead or dying, last time I poke my head in the store.
the place that had a lasting impression on me was the reverse of what your guests experienced i went to a horrid pet store where there were animals dead in the cages and all that, it made a bad lasting impression on me
You guys are truely awesome! What's not to love about snakebytes?! Awesome episode as always! Are you guys going to be at the July 12 expo in New York?
And...Is Kel's name Kel...or Cal?
Just curious because I was watching one of the first SnakeBytes episodes called "My World"...and they show Kel, as "Cal "The Instigator""
A place ive been/visited is Okinawa Japan. I'm a kalamazoo Mi girl, I'm use to the crazy snow and stuff. But moving here to Okinawa I'm smothered by heat and humidity.
I know Ill never be able to visit here again so I'm living it up as much as passable.
The most interesting place I've been to was this ladie's house that had mountains of junk plus bugs in it. It left a lasting impression because I was traumatized. =/
Hey Brian and crew you guys rock i love watching your videos! I was wondering, if it still exists, could include the original pinstripe ball that started all the killer designer morphs associated with it in an upcoming vid?
i went to canada one time for a hockey tornement and we lost the campinship game and we lost 4 - 2 and in the picture we were in tears always remember that nice vid too
Lol one of the most entertaining vids you guys have done. I don't know if you've done one yet, but I'd love to see a video dedicated to blood pythons. Like the hoggy video =3
Hey Brian, heres something you can do for fact or fiction: i've heard that if you put a frozen mouse on your hand while feeding a ball python, it won't bite you while trying to eat it. can you PPPPPPPPPPPPPLLLLLLLEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSS try it?
I went to London in the Summer 2008 and my family and I had choosen to go to the London Bridge Experience .. the part after the introdution called the tombs is what has left me a lasting impression and now I really want to go back even though it was the most scary thing i've ever been to...scary as hell but I want to do it again!!!
I've visited New England Reptile Distributors several times. That place really impresses me every time I visit. Kara even took some time out of her day to show me some hatching blood pythons. Kev and Kara are awesome!
Great video as usaul. As far as Kels question of the week the most interesting place I have been to that has had a lasting effect on me is Arlington Cemetary in Virginia especially The Tomb of the Unknown Soilder. Seeing that cemetary makes you wonder were everyone might be had not all those men and women died for us in the Wars past.
a box under one of my ex girl friends bed, some freaky ass stuff under there..... was not looking forward to what i was in for with it being our first time that night......... still twitching from it.
i loved devils tower in wyoming. got to see a prairie rattlesnake den, did some bouldering, and of course some hiking. i'm never gonna forget that place.
While I have visited all the zoos within driving distance I think the best experience is yet to come. There is a facility that milks all sorts of venomous snakes in Kentucky. They actually have a window you can watch it and they have several of the snakes on display as well. While I am not prepared to handle these hot snakes I still have a fascination with them.
Well, two years ago my family and some friends took a roadtrip to Colorado and on the way we passed through South Dakota. I just so happened to see reptile gardens there and had to go through. That's definately something that left a lasting impression on me.
If you ever come to Miami FL you need to check out Villa Viscaya! its an old Italian Villa that a man built back when you had alot of land. Its beautiful and right on the bay. One of the Popes visited there also I believe.
My son (CJ) and I enjoyed ourselves yet again. And this time I came home with something pleasantly unexpected...My first Milksnake ever! I actually ended up coming home with a pair of Pueblan Milksnakes.
And to answer Kel's Question of the week...
Three things...
1) When I visited Auschwitz back in the late 80's.
2) Being on the Berlin wall partying with East Germans as we all tore the wall down.
i am from wisconsin and grew up here my whole life. i went to russia about two years ago, and i would have to say.... the ice cream had a lasting impression on me! russias ice cream is the Sh**!!
i have been to seaworld countless times. i love it the animals were just incredible, i love the orcas, but the reason i love it the most is because of their shows its educational and they let u get one on one with some of the animals its great for kids to see some animals and its most imporant for kids so that they know not to hurt the animal in the future. :)
hey brian, nice video, my family and i have a garden of over 600 plants, all of them are veggie plants so we can cut the cost of vegetables at grocery stores
An event that left a lasting impression on me was when I took my corn snake to a nursing home, I was surprised how many people loved my snake, it reminded how snakes are truly remarkable animals
The place that left the greatest impression on me was down in Florida Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park. I got to see a reptile handler do his show. After the show I got to talk to him and he was impressed by my interest in reptiles and showed me the back room of the zoo and let me handle baby crocodiles and snakes. He inspired me to pursue herpetology as a career.
Hey sweet plug for my youtube pal Orly! He's the best!
Kels question of the week - I would have to say back when I was 15 years old I traveled with a group of teens down to Biloxi Mississippi and we scraped, painted and reroofed houses for some people there. All they had to offer us was cold water, but they offered it with pride. That 2 weeks of my life left a lasting impression in that although I may have troubles, there are others less fortunate than me that we need to care about.
One place I went that had a lasting impression was when I was out at my grandfathers house in Idaho we went to an air field that was run by one of his friends and heard some old war stories from vietnam and WWII and got to sit in a old german meschersmitt (the kind that was the first jet engine plane ever made not the one with the propeller)
ye lol i went 2 africa, all i seen was 1000 of camals n cople or girafss n eliphants n hippotomases ohh n this one huge strippy spider but no reptiles:( i wen out eny day lookin 4 them in the middle of the dezart
probaly going to Scotland to see all my family and just hanging it, its so much diff. then here in the U.S. i might have to say i actually prefer it over Texas
the coolest place ive been to was a old mine shaft and goghst town in arizona it really showed how it was way back then there was a rope for hanging people
Great show Brian. I was with that group. I cant thank you enough for the great time. everybody had a blast. Hope to make it again. Kels question? BHB tops the list. About 17 years ago, I had an all access pass to Metallica / Guns & Roses in Detroit. That was awsome to meet everybody from both bands
About ten years ago I lived in Thailand. My dad took me to a crocodile/snake farm. It was amazing! They had the most reptiles I had ever seen in one area. They had some rare reptiles like an albino croc. with a genetic deformity that mede its tail look like it was a club. They had many venomous snakes like king cobras, spitting cobras, and taipans. They even had komodo dragons. It was probably what made me a reptile lover. You guys rock,
Brian, you're wearing the wrong shirt in this video. For shame! Quick, play it off as a blooper and no one will notice! Also, what does someone have to do to get one of those awesome SB T-shirts?
Cool stuff Brian, it's really cool you let visitors come in and show them everything. The bloopers were truly hilarious! For Kel's Question of the Week, I would have to say the trip me and my family took to the everglades left a huge lasting impression, it was probably the coolest place I've ever been.
Awsome show this week.... all those people, I don't think crazy is the word to use..LOL. For Kel's Question... the most memorable place I have been would probably be one of my local field herping spots...LOL. I have spotted many endangered and protected species, unable to be kept in captivity, so its nice to see them still around!
the bloopers were great lmao. the place i visited that left a lasting impression was when i took a private tour of the T.I.G.E.R.S preservation center in SC where i got up close and personal with many big cats, apes, moneys and even an elephant!
My freshman year of high school I went to Paris, and was accosted by a homeless man on the street. As I can't speak French, I kind of just shrugged him off and kept following my parents. He then hit me in the arm with his liquor bottle. Viva la France!
well ive been to the police station once and im 12 yrs old i went because i made a website about some girl in my grade, other than that ive been out to prehistoric pets and im trying to get out to scottcrowereptiles.
I absolutly love snakebytes. I've watched every episode and cant wait to see more. The funny thing is, I hate snakes. Thanks for the videos and also for bleeping out the fowl language, keeping it fairly safe for the whole family.
Just wanted to say to everyone at Snake Bytes yall are doing a great job, and the impressions that your leaving are long lasting , keep the video blogs coming!
Great video guys and love the bloopers. Bout time cause we all know with as much fun as you have there had to be some not planned shots
Chewy should be a bit more aggressive when approaching snakes and maybe he wouldn't get popped at so fast. LOL Can't wait to visit and I can honestly say it's been one of few places I would be elated to see. 5000*s
Great show, as always. As to the Question of the week, the most interesting place I've been to was my very first time at a reptile show at Columbus, OH. There was so many lizards, snakes, and turtles it was overwhelmingly awesome! Talked to so many breeders, got to pet an alligator, and brought home a beautiful Yellow Sandfire Bearded Dragon. I've never in my life been around so many reptiles and people who love them before in my life, and I hope to go back sometime.
great show as always guys, hope i can make it out somtime! love the bloopers. and 6:28 was very disturbing, lolz. and kel ive been to niagra falls, on the canada side!!!
Hey guys, Great video once again! I think it's awesome how you let visitors come in to see your animals and educate them! That was truely a nice thing ya did.
One place I've been that had a lasting impression was Sea World in FL. Reptiles are a passion of mine, but when you see the dolphins, whales and sharks there, you can't help but be a bit awe struck by their size and beauty. Let's all remember, every animal on this Earth deserves admiration and respect!
i went to the galapagos islands in south america. Giant tortoises, land and marine iguanas, lava lizards, blue footed boobies, sea lions, sharks, penguins and tons tons more. It was so amazing there. Brian, you would LOVE IT there. When you get time off from work (like that will ever happen, lol) then i think you should go to the galapagos, you won't regret it.
Great show as always. I would have to say a place that I went to that left a lasting impression was Reptile Gardens in SD. I have been to zoos and stuff but never to a place that was mostly reptiles and they were all cared for great.
i have been to...36 countries. This summer its gonna be 38 maybe 39 but i have lived in 5 but, i am moving to ghana this summer. Home town of the ball python baby yeah :)
They need to use the little girl as a fly catcher not once did she close her bloody mouth (Gub)

Cool stuff Brian, it's really cool you let visitors come in and show them everything. The bloopers were truly hilarious! For Kel's Question of the Week, I would have to say the trip me and my family took to the everglades left a huge lasting impression, it was probably the coolest place I've ever been.

Hey Brian,
Awsome show this week.... all those people, I don't think crazy is the word to use..LOL. For Kel's Question... the most memorable place I have been would probably be one of my local field herping spots...LOL. I have spotted many endangered and protected species, unable to be kept in captivity, so its nice to see them still around!
Take care, Talk soon,

My freshman year of high school I went to Paris, and was accosted by a homeless man on the street. As I can't speak French, I kind of just shrugged him off and kept following my parents. He then hit me in the arm with his liquor bottle. Viva la France!
