In fact, you're good, you have to work on your tongue, when you do a note, your tongue has to touch the top of your mouth. And make sure that the hole of the flute is at the good place. Keep working !

make your flute parallel to the ground and stand up straight....chin up....it helps with sound. and if your cramped sitting in banmd turn your chairs to a v-formation.

i'm sure that with some help, u could play very well. also, play ur notes with a more legato style and lift your stand up. it'll help ur posture and tone because then you won't be constantly looking down. Make sure you can see your music without having to bend ur neck.

Visualization is important. Pretend you're already good, and play like that.

Well, I think I still have the same criticism. First, try to find a private teacher. Practice a buttload. Lift your right arm up and think about having a "triangle" shape when you're holding the flute with your right hand. Make sure you're not phooing the notes. Tongue them nice and sharply. Work on your tone and find a short, classical piece to play. Work also on intonation .. meaning, make sure you're in tune with the accompaniment. You're sharp in this. And definitely work on your posture.

You need to lift up your right elbow a lot. It'll hurt, but just keep at it. Try over-exaggurating. Like, hold the flute at what seems too high, then train yourself to hold it better. And stand against a wall. The tuning and tone will end up a lot better, trust :)

Hey, that was pretty good! If you got some lessons, you'd be really good. What I would recommend is try to keep your head at a 90 degree angle to the flute. And keep your head up. It's kind of tilted down and I guess that's to look at the stand. So, obviously, bring the stand up a little higher so you don't have to look down so far. You don't want it to block your face, but just high enough so you can comforably see the music. This may or may not be helpful, but I hope it is. Good luck!

As for me I don't entirely agree with what youlovexxx said, you can hear the "too"s.I'd say that you have the hard part down. You have nice phrasing and you pay attention to articulation which are usually things that are overlooked and sometimes unattainable to some people. Basically you just need to get your tone cleared up and you'll be wonderful if you want to be.
